In the event you receive:
• a defective item;
• an incorrect item;
• an expired item;
• a missing item;
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days upon receiving of your order to facilitate a Product Exchange. All exchanges are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
• Item must be in their original purchase condition.
• All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
• If you received any Gifts or Bonus Items along with this purchase, they must be returned together for the Exchange.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days for exchange process to be completed.
